Broadspectrum, as part of this new team, are currently recruiting for an Organisational Management Administrator. This role will see you based in Ellerslie, Auckland and is responsible for the on-going maintenance and workflows of the Organisational Structures across Australia and New Zealand, to ensure that Broadspectrum achieve its objectives.

Broadspectrum will consider candidates with minimal experience in organisational management as they are willing to provide training.

However successful candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration.

Your duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Ensuring the Organisational Structure is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring all changes are processed within the standard Service Level Agreement timeframes.
  • Quarterly Cleanse reviews to ensure correctness.
  • Reviewing Data Integrity reports on a weekly basis.
  • Facilitation of onboarding / offboarding of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Completing Transitions and Demobilisations in line with business requirements.
  • Updating of Key fields within the SAP system.
  • Ad hoc reporting to Stakeholders as and when required.
  • In order to be successful for this role you must possess the following skills and experience :
  • Relevant tertiary qualification essential.

  • Experience in Organisational Management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience in Administration .
  • Sound computer skills (Microsoft Suite) with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and experience in SAP preferred.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal (English).
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated ability, willingness and commitment to updating necessary skills and knowledge as required in the role.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • As part of the recruitment process you will need to successfully complete an online Pre-employment Medical Assessment.
