This is a new & exciting chapter for us as this business is under new ownership and we’ve set the platform to now take it to the next level.
Our goal is to be a leader in the Hamilton Hospitality scene. Partner up with our Venue Manager to grow this business, implement your ideas & systems with the help of the Area Manager.
What we are looking for?
A natural leader and great communicator.
Ability to be a great host and to create excellent customer experiences.
Disciplined and able to have strong control of a busy restaurant & bar.
Have a passion for good friendly service and an absolute pro on the floor.
Valid Manager’s license essential.
Chatty Outgoing Friendly Personality.
Ambition, commitment to the role and a love of the service industry.
An outstanding employment history in the hospitality industry is essential and at least 2 years at management level.
The Assistant Venue Manager is responsible for managing every aspect of the day to day performance of the venue and support the Venue Manager.
Your primary role is to be a fantastic host to our customers and the local community. You're expected to be able to lead a team, encouraging them to execute Kapura’s vision for providing exceptional customer experiences.
