Sales Administrator This is a fantastic opportunity to join our FSNI team as a Sales Administrator on a 9 month fixed-term contract.

Help us to administer the Trade Promotions for FSNI, providing industry leading results for our Customers. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills further, work with our Major Retail partners and learn new skills from the retail team at Watties.

You will be responsible for : Ensuring promotional plans loaded in our promotions and accrual tool (Demantra) aligns with the confirmed plans from the customer Clear pricing variance claims and stuck invoices in Demantra Support the accounts team across monthly field routines Provide general support for the Accounts and Field teams Provide feedback to the Accounts team on deviations from plans (to facilitate post event analysis and improve future event accuracy in Demantra) What you will bring : Ideally prior experience working in a commercial environment demonstrating commercial aptitude and excellence Understanding of Customer Promotional practices Great attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Ability to follow up, understand issues and their resolution and work through issues to completion Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to interact and liaise with relevant teams and departments such as Sales and Trade Finance What we can offer you : A competitive remuneration package A development focused culture, to help you realise your best potential An incredible local business, with genuine global and local career opportunities Autonomy, ownership and meritocracy : learn how to own a business!
