  • We're looking for a passionate Senior Analyst Programmer, with experience in BluePrism Robotic Process Automation development and maintenance.

    About the Role

  • Your day-to-day will involve developing and maintenance of technology applications including programming / testing, and design / analysis;
  • and some formal software testing, including building test scripts and conducting systems, unit and regression testing, to ensure we deliver quality experiences for our customers.

    Additionally, you'll also :

  • Work with product owners, BA's and your peers in the team to create sustainable solutions that excite our customers.
  • Provide consultancy, analysis, design, develop, test and support around BNZ's software.
  • Challenge yourself to improve the efficiency and quality of existing processes and systems to create new opportunities.
  • Monitor and control risk to ensure sustainable business and customer outcomes.
  • Jump in to resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Mentor and support other team members.
  • About You

    We are looking for people who tackle new technology with enthusiasm, have an aptitude for learning, and inspire the people around them to try new things.

    You will be responsible for being agile and progressing the design, build and implementation of technology solutions to meet our business and customers' needs.

    You will support and continually improve our systems, working with the business, technology and industry professionals to determine the requirements and deliver what is needed.

    Additionally, you'll bring :

  • Experience with BluePrism Robotic Process Automation testing and maintenance.
  • Piga experience, along with a working knowledge of other workflow tools ( K2)
  • Broad programming experience in development and maintenance of technology applications.
  • Experience planning and coordinating small projects.
  • Worked in environments using Agile / SCRUM / KANBAN.
  • A passion for excellence, and being part of a collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • Familiarity with the banking industry.
