    Wellington City Council is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor with a strong background in and passion for leadership development programmes (LDPs).

    Our LDP is much-loved and well-regarded, but it's a few years old now and it's time for a review and a refresh as we head into the next decade.

    We're looking for a senior-level advisor that can critically review and analyse our current LDP and assess how it could be made even better, and how it fits together with our other people and culture initiatives and our overall strategic direction.

    Following the review, you'll make recommendations about how the LDP could be transformed from great to amazing, and you'll take a lead on the implementation of those recommendations.

    The right person will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, a learning design aficionado and a relationship management superstar.

    You'll have a proven track record of leadership development, with an uncanny ability to see how multiple things align and integrate together as well as being across the detail.

    Still keen? Ka pai. Just to let you know, this is a full time, fixed term role (till 30 August 2021) and there will be some mid-level Learning & Development tasks to complete as well as the main piece of senior-level work - refreshing our leadership programme.
