Key to enabling our continued digital growth and success is the introduction of our VineOnline-our eCommerce wine offering.

A pivotal role within this team and critical to achieving revenue and gross margin targets will be our Account Manager.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager VineOnline, you will be responsible for driving sales through integrity based telesales to your personal list of existing customers.

Your success will play a major role in the start-up phase of our development.

Key responsibilities :

Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication

Provide input and assist with product portfolio ranging strategy

Meet and achieve revenue and margin targets

Assist with tasting panel and product selection

Identify and recommend internal and external improvements to meet and exceed productivity levels

Telephone sales and a track record of achieving sales targets

The ability to prioritise your work with minimal supervision

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders

Wine knowledge and appreciation

Computer literacy

An eye for process improvement

This is a great role offering flexibility of hours 25-30 per week a great base rate and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission in addition to many staff benefits.
