Based in Newmarket we are seeking Water Treatment Professionals whether experienced or just looking to start your career to join our team where you will be responsible for the planning of Watercare's 17 water treatment facilities, whilst also providing expertise to our Operations and Customer teams across Watercare.
The role involves the implementation of investigations and feasibility studies to support our Capital Programme, typically culminating in the production of Business Cases and Board Papers for project approval.
About the Role...
There is a strong strategic element of the role which includes the development of high-level regional strategy in liaison with our Strategic, RMA consents, and Network Planning teams.
You will also be a key player in Watercare's innovative Programme First delivery model which seeks to achieve our 40 : 20 : 20 (Carbon : Cost : HS&W) reduction targets.
It will be important to keep abreast of the latest technological developments and statutory policy changes in the water industry.
