Fulton Hogan New Zealand operates two business streams, with Infrastructure operating throughout 16 different regions, and Construction having involvement in some of New Zealand’s most significant infrastructure projects - ranging from bridges, major motorways, reservoirs and pre-cast concrete, to water and wastewater treatment plants and utilities.

In the Waikato region we are involved in several major projects which align with Fulton Hogan’s commitment to doing good work, to sustainability, to our strong culture of safety, of development and support, and in honouring Iwi partnerships with local mana whenua.

The 2 year Graduate Programme with Fulton Hogan Waikato will see graduates rotating throughout the business to provide experience in all facets of our regional work.

With a record level of incoming & upcoming contracts you will certainly be fully engaged in your post graduate learning, working alongside a team of experienced professionals to support a variety of projects.

Our investment in your wellbeing, and development pathways, will see you fully supported by mentors within the business, engaged in regular feedback and communication, and attending four Graduate Summits at our Christchurch head office in year one.

You will be connected with previous and current graduates within the region, be supported in a rewarding, varied and active work life.

Consideration for the Graduate Programme will require you to be :

A New Zealand citizen, or hold permanent residency, or have a relevant work visa

Studying for a NZ Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering at a New Zealand institution

Available to join the team in late 2022 or early 2023
