Abano Healthcare Group Limited is the operator of one of the largest trans-Tasman dental groups, comprising Lumino the Dentists in New Zealand and Maven Dental Group in Australia.

The Role

We are looking for a contractor to take on hearty and rewarding 10-month opportunity starting January 2022. You will be a Change Management professional who specialises in change management in system implementation projects.

You will be stepping into a key role as part of the Change Team and the Project Management Office to deliver collaborative, hands-on change management as part of our Financial Systems programme.

This programme works around automation, business process improvement and dedicated to improving efficiency through Finance and the clinics in partnership.

This project is a fast-paced programme of work and will provide reward to your career.

This role is to work with the finance team to integrate a new finance system across our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Change Impact Analysis
  • Interviewing stakeholders
  • Contribute to development and implementation of the change management plan that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance
  • Ensure project initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage
  • Contribute to transformational change management, communication and training plans across the programme
  • Drafting the Communication Plan and key messages
  • Developing Training content and materials in various mediums
  • Provide updates, support and advice to the project team to ensure change readiness and picking up any risks that need escalating
  • Work collaboratively with project team and business to ensure effective adoption
  • About You

    You will be self-motivated and have strong communication skills, with the ability to translate finance and systems information to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Change Management certification
  • Relevant Tertiary education
  • Minimum 2-3 years change management experience in systems implementation projects
  • Training and workshop facilitation
  • Shared services or Dental experience preferable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills - you will be preparing communications across all levels of the business
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Continual improvement mindset
  • Excellent business acumen and strong organisational agility
  • Analytically driven- impact assessments resource planning will be a large part of this role
  • This role will be based in Auckland. There is an expectation this role will be based full time in the office initially with potential to move to flexible work options throughout the contract length.

    This is a 10-month contractor role to start January 2022 - Plan ahead now for your next big gig in the new year!!
