    The role

    Reporting tothe HSQE Manager, as the Senior HSQE Advisor in our Auckland office this rolewill see you working across the business in the ongoing implementation andembedding of our Health and Safety Roadmap along with other initiatives.

    A key part of this role is building andmaintaining relationships while interacting with various stakeholders to ensureHSQE management systems are in place and working effectively.

    It will also see youmanaging the updating of reporting systems, investigating incidents,monitoring, analysing and reporting on our subcontractors HSQE performance withthe view of reducing risk and embedding corrective actions while ensuringquality is maintained through operational activities with emphasis on goodpractice, procedures and operator competencies.

  • Who we’re looking for

    An experienced HSQEprofessional who is a champion of health, safety and environmental principles whopreferably has experience in a contracting environment, Electricity experienceis advantageous but not essential.

    You’ll be able to demonstrateyour :

  • Experience in root causeinvestigation analysis methodologies, managing audit programmes, data and riskanalysis
  • Proven training andpresentation ability
  • Tenacity in taking problems through to successful outcomes despite potentialbarriers
  • Ability to build trust andmaintain strong collaborative working relationships both in professional andfront line field environments
  • A team player with a great can do’ attitude
  • Someone with stronginterpersonal skills preferably experienced in working in a multi-culturalenvironment.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH certificate ishighly advantageous but not essential.
