About the Role :
Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team focusing on commercial fit-out projects. The Contracts Manager will be fully managing the site and ensuring projects are successfully managed and delivered within budget and timelines.
This individual will also be mitigating all project risks, overseeing and managing site H&S. They should be confident in their ability to manage building site as well as contract administration.
In this role you will be managing up to 10 projects simultaneously all at different phases of the life cycle.
The Ideal Candidate :
This individual should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a good understanding of project management disciplines.
They need to have great time management skills and meet strict deadlines. It is imperative to have an excellent understanding of building codes and standards.
The client is looking for a Contracts Manager with strong communication skills who can manage internal and external relationships.
