Description & Requirements
In this position you will strive to achieve assigned district / area sales goals through the effective management of sales representatives. You will be :
Building strong relationships and having the flair for creating win-win outcomes
Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy
Lead- develop and mentor merchandising team
Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets
Efficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the business
Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store
What you need :
Proven ability building professional relationships and strong sales skills
Tertiary qualifications preferred
Ability to work independently- as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines
A skilled negotiator and problem solver with a 'can do' approach to solving problems
Experience in a similar role highly regarded
Ambition to build a long-term career
