This is an exciting opportunity that will have you helping customers with a variety of queries from the comfort of your own home!

This constantly growing and evolving telecommunications company are looking to expand their Christchurch team of friendly, hardworking individuals who are dedicated to making a difference.

About your new role!

Providing excellent phone / email-based customer service and Technical Support is extremely important to our organisation, and you'll be on the frontlines helping solve issues for our consumer brand customers.

A normal day will have you dealing with residential customers billing queries, technical queries, troubleshooting customer faults, following up existing faults and supporting the customer through to resolution, all while ensuring customers are getting the best use out of their internet.

About the hours :

The right candidate will be looking for 40-hour weeks, 5 days on, 2 days off between the following open hours : Monday to Saturday 8am - 8pm

Sunday 10am - 8pm

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Great written and verbal English proficiency
  • Excellent computer & typing skills and speed
  • A customer-first mindset and a desire to deliver great service in every interaction
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service / call centre position
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for finding solutions and helping people
  • Overall a can-do attitude to learn and thrive
  • Infrastructure required work from home

  • Must have a stable internet connection with the ability to connect via Ethernet
  • A quiet area to work taking phone calls
  • A mobile phone
