In the ANZ Business Operations Team within Business & Sales Operations (BSO), we are looking to hire an Integrated Planning Business Program Manager with experience and a passion to work across the ANZ Commercial business including marketing, finance, sales and operations, to collectively develop and land the Commercial Execution Plan (CEP) in partnership with the Marketing & Operations (M&O) Group to achieve the ANZ Commercial business goals with our customers and partners.
This will include building out the framework and project plan across key stakeholders (Solution Areas, Industries & Segments, GPS, and Services)ANZ Planning Program Management : The Planning Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end ANZ Commercial Execution Plan workplan across critical planning workstreams including revenue & opex budgets, scorecard, blueprint, commercial strategy & execution, compensation and marketing initiatives etc.
Clear workstream owners, deliverables, workback plans and milestones to support ANZ SLT alignment and sign-off on the ANZ Commercial plan & strategy for all planning workstreams is a key deliverable for this role
One key business rhythm this role will support is the coordination of the GTM readiness and execution performance against the fiscal year priory plays in a quarterly rhythm
