We are looking for a dedicated team player for our Product Solutions Group (PSG) based in Wellington CBD. We’re a friendly bunch and take pride in our work within a busy sales environment.

About the role :
You will create an important link between Sales and Software Licensing, supporting the overall success of the PSG Team.
Duties will include supporting Licensing Consultants with the administration aspects of licensing, such as preparing software quotes, processing software licensing orders, managing Datacom’s software licensing mailbox, answering licensing queries, providing various customer reports, tracking orders and reconciling customer licensing records.
You will ensure month-end processes are delivered on time to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for assisting the Licensing Consultants with the Microsoft True Up process.
Alongside these daily responsibilities you will keep up to date with training requirements, attend supplier seminars, customer meetings and, of course, ensure that the service provided to our customers is exemplary at all times!
About you :
We are looking for a proactive problem solver who enjoys being part of a collaborative, lively and diverse team. You may have some exposure to software licensing, however training will be provided for the right candidate.
An understanding of IT and associated terminology is a real bonus too!
You will be supporting Datacom’s Software Licensing team members whilst providing the best possible services to our customers.
You value providing quality results, maintaining professionalism and forming strong relationships with our teams. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy looking for better ways of doing things.
