    About our group and team

    Our regional teams around the country work closely with the Early Childhood and Schooling sectors, providers, and communities to provide support, expertise and resources to help children and young people reach their full potential.

    Business Support provides administrative assistance to teams that work within our offices.

    About this role

    As an experienced Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our Mount Eden office. You will welcome our visitors by greeting them as they arrive at our reception area, answering telephone calls using our telephone system, and referring inquiries to the different ministry teams, including those in other regions.

    You will assist our suppliers and contractors when they arrive at our site and maintain our security by monitoring login and issuing visitor access cards.

    You will also provide business support to the broader ministry team.

  • Proven experience working in reception or similar role
  • Proven administration experience
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Superb customer service attitude
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working as an active member of a large team
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft suite (intermediate to advance).
  • Tech-savvy and ability to learn new technology fast
