Your Role : In this senior leadership role, you will work closely with the Group Manager of HR in providing strategic and operational leadership to your portfolio of stakeholders.

With your extensive business and commercial acumen, you will work in close partnership with business leaders to provide strategic advice, lead HR services and deliver on initiatives within the HR strategy and frameworks.

As part of a well-defined HR team you will be one of two Principal HRBP's looking after a dispersed team. With a team of 4 accomplished Business Partners you will empower your team to support their stakeholders through a period of transformational change and huge growth.

To get us there you will support transformational change across the business, working in partnership with senior leaders to embed the structural, cultural and capability foundations to support this change.

The role will be based in Auckland alongside the Group HR Manager and much of the Executive Team. Travel will be frequent to keep you in touch with the business, along with your own team.

In addition, the successful candidate will bring to the role;Significant experience in transformational change in a business with a growth mindsetDemonstrable experience supporting senior level HR strategy and services to a large and complex business with unionised workforcesSound working knowledge of NZ employment and IR laws and best practiceA self-
