They are seeking a strong, all-round administrator with accounting skills to join their administration team. You will be responsible for the day-
to-day general and financial administration of the company and act as a senior member of the administration team. The key focus of this role will be to deliver customer-
but are not limited to; Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (using Xero) GST and Income Tax reconciliation and payments Bank reconciliation Aged Receivables follow up Attending to email and website enquiries Debt Collection Setting up jobs in Simpro Overseeing operation and maintenance of Simpro Back up for Payroll processing The successful candidate will have a proven track-
record within a similar role, along with second-to-none administrative skills. You will be a friendly and organised person, with excellent customer service skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, along with experience using Xero. Previous experience using Simpro is highly desired.
