We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join the Corporate Solutions team in our Wellington CBD office.
We are looking for a motivated professional to ensure all aspects of the team's accounting requirements are delivered.

Provide professional service to your internal and external stakeholders
Process invoices, bank reconciliations, and receipt allocations
Process payments and account transfers
Assist with month-end activities
Ensure financial property data is entered into relevant systems accurately and efficiently
Support the team to ensure success
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Sound financial literacy
Ability to communicate with your internal and external clients
Organiser and planner
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy
