Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join the Corporate Solutions team in our Wellington CBD office.

We are looking for a motivated professional to ensure all aspects of the team's accounting requirements are delivered.

  • Provide professional service to your internal and external stakeholders
  • Process invoices, bank reconciliations, and receipt allocations
  • Process payments and account transfers
  • Assist with month-end activities
  • Ensure financial property data is entered into relevant systems accurately and efficiently

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Sound financial literacy
  • Your strengths

  • Ability to communicate with your internal and external clients
