    We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the newly created role of Regional Manager M&P Lower North Island to cover the Wellington and surrounding areas.

    In this role, you will assume overall accountability for all operational delivery, financial management and leadership activities across the North Island.

    You will provide effective regional leadership to our people to ensure a highly motivated and productive field leadership team are consistently delivering against our customer commitments.

    Some of your key accountabilities will be :

  • Accountable for the management of contract margin and operational delivery across work streams in the region inspiring a team of Field Managers to achieve area wide KPI’s for productivity, Zero harm and Quality
  • Develop a sense of regional community and encourage Field Managers to continually foster the development of their team members enhancing skills and developing potential future leaders of the business
  • Work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and provides solutions to enable long term growth
  • Collaborate with other Operations Managers to ensure resource and capability is developed and utilised for delivery of services.
  • Display a collaborative approach to working with and across multi - functional teams from different parts of the business
  • Optimise overall workforce productivity, fit-for-purpose technical capability and competence of staff and optimising internal and external resourcing mix
  • Plan and implement capability development region wide to ensure resources meet forecast demand inclusive of new business activity
  • Implement business improvement initiatives to support changing technology and client demands while ensuring zero harm is always our number 1 priority
  • To be successful in this exciting role you will ideally have the following skills and attributes;
