    As Pricing Analyst reporting to the Pricing Assurance Manager and based at our state of the art head office in the Auckland CBD you will ensure operational excellence to product pricing, simplify current pricing structures and support the quarterly pricing process.

    You will provide excellent data sourcing and modelling expertise, leverage existing and emerging toolsets, and continually improve and innovate Fonterra’s processes.

    This unique opportunity will give you the chance to interact with a variety of key stakeholders and use your holistic view when making pricing conclusions to ensure we are closely aligned to strategy.

    Key responsibilities are :

  • Provide execution excellence in relation to product pricing
  • Support the business with sound commercial insights
  • Facilitate the improvement of price change execution and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintenance of the Fonterra Brands pricing policies and procedures and oversight to ensure they are adhered to
  • Reporting and analysis of financial / non-financial indicators impacting pricing
  • Assist in the management of the quarterly price review forum process

    This is an exceptional opportunity for an Insights Analyst who knows how to operate in a large and complex business environment and can deal with ambiguity and change.

    You do not shy away from complex sets of data and thrive on providing meaningful insights to drive overall performance. Ideally you have exposure to Blueshift One and SAP and hold robust Microsoft Excel skills.

    Key skills and experience :

  • Ability to analyse complex information and provide well-reasoned insights
  • Strong stakeholder management expertise plus the ability to influence and build credibility
  • Establish trust and bring people on board to reach common goals
  • Business acumen in a fast paced and complex commercial environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and preferable exposure to SAP
  • Well versed in numerical analysis plus the ability to develop and enhance pricing tools / models
  • Willingness to present in front of senior stakeholders with the ability to communicate complex insights in an easy to understand manner
