As a Chapter Lead Service Manager you'll be accountable for supporting a managed services contracts across one of our most interesting and complex outsource customer.
You will be part of a tight team running the end to end Service Delivery relationship and ensuring that all service delivery commitments under a complex managed services contract are met.
You will be responsible for delivering service management outcomes for a high-profile engagement and become a trusted advisor to our key customer on every aspect of service delivery.
