WHAT WE WANT :
We are looking for someone who has outstanding organising skills to support two busy General Managers (General Manager, Destination and Attraction, and General Manager Marketing, Brand and Communications).
A large part of your work will be looking after their calendars and inboxes by filtering, forwarding and dealing with what you can to support the GM's to operate effectively.
The rest of your time will be spent on general administration, and cross organisation, coordination and management of ChristchurchNZ’s stakeholder relationships.
You will be part of a high performing EA team who supports each other with workload.
