The Role : Laminex New Zealand has an opportunity for a skilled Assistant Operations Manager to join our Wellington site.

Leading a team of 2 experienced staff in a busy warehouse you will be tasked with making sure our operational standards are exceeded.

This position is critical to overall customer satisfaction; you make sure our customers get what they need when they need it.

This position is a hands-on people management position that will allow plenty of scope to bring new ideas. We measure our success through delivering in full, on time, to the correct specification, with zero harm, efficient stock controls and positive staff engagement.

Your role will be to keep our standards high and improve them where you can with the help of the team. To be successful you will need to have an OHS Certificate or F Endorsement, experience as a team lead or supervisor in a warehouse, stores or operational environment.
