Job Description : To be successful in the role of Sales Consultant you must be / have : Activelyseeking out new leads and following up on quotes
Receiving warmleads via our director, phone or email and converting into signed contracts
Accurate andtimely maintenance of our CRM system and meeting salesbudgets and KPI's
Organised, with the ability to plan and schedule work
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Have the right attitude and take ownership of your workload
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable with the use of IT solutions in your daily activities
Job Requirements : This position requires an enthusiastic self-starter with a background in sales. Construction knowledge is a must, with preference given to applicants who have previously worked with residential project sales or real estate agency.
Ideally you will also have : Very strong paperwork
The ability toidentify opportunities, chase leads, follow through on quotes and close sales
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to converse with internal staff, engineers, subcontractors and clients with ease
Problem solving skills and a drive to deliver consistent and outstanding results, ensuring the client's journey is one that they will recommend to others
A good level of IT, administration and time management skills.
