Administration Officer Cervical Screening
We are looking to recruit a highly organised and personable Administration Officer to our Cervical Screening team. Our team work closely with General Practice and aim is to detect precancerous cell changes that if not treated may lead to cancer.
Working within a tight-knit team environment, you will need to be able to foster great interpersonal relationships and work effectively in an open-office environment.
About the opportunity
We are looking for someone with an excellent customer-focus and approach, who can maintain this manner with ease within a busy office environment.
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator who works well in a team while being able to effectively self-manage. Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail are required.
The hours for this position will be 8 hour per day, Tuesday, and Wednesday (16 hours per week).
The salary for this position is between $49,394 to $51,240 per annum and will be based on relevant qualifications and experience.
You will be an enthusiastic respectful and willing member of the team being able to focus on producing quality work within required timeframes.
You will also need to demonstrate the following to be successful in this role :
Our preferred candidate must be confident with Microsoft Suite 365, have experience with a range of computer systems, and have a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
