As the squad lead you will proactively build relationships with key personnel across all relevant areas of the business, from those that influence strategy, measure success and deliver experiences that impact customer outcomes.
You will be a champion for the customer and use your fountain of knowledge to influence everything from OKRs through to product roadmaps.
You will be known as a trusted advisor to those who support our customer strategy, these would be roles such as customer and sales leadership, product owners, journey specialists and data analysts to name a few.
You will identify, map and orchestrate activity, connecting the dots between related programs of work to ensure continuity of the bigger picture and influence direction such that our teams are guided to focus on solving the right problems.
You will ensure that the cause and effect of different digital touch points across the journey is well understood and tracked against the impact to our business objectives.
