As Project Manager, your role is to provide seamless management and protection of the agency’s work. You are the pivot-cog in the day-to-day management of campaigns remaining accountable for the daily delivery of on-brief, on-time, and on-budget integrated solutions whilst constantly looking for opportunities to ensure the delivery of creative excellence at every stage.

  • You will work with the creative and production teams to take solutions to market with ninja-like efficiency. Your immediate partner will be the Client Partnerships team;
  • with whom you’ll work side by side on all client projects.

    Working with the Client Partnerships team, you will help to define the project scope, estimated time and level of resource required, project plans, quality assurance, and ensuring activities occur according to plan.

    You’ll have a keen eye and interest for new developments and show how we can apply these to clients’ needs and develop our portfolio.

    You will add value to the processes, ensuring consistency across the agency and help drive continual improvements and best practices within the project management team.

    Role Deliverables

    You will facilitate projects through the agency working closely with the Client Partnerships team

  • Ensure smooth running of the project you will be responsible for ensuring projects are working smoothly and efficiently in the delivery of every day.
  • The key to this will be ensuring the team is set up to meet existing and forthcoming client needs and where required initiating and developing processes to ensure the agency works as effectively as possible.

  • You will work across multiple clients overseeing all stages of the process, acting as a support to the Client Partnerships team where you will interact with all agency business units and clients.
  • You will demonstrate organisational skills and be expected to deliver projects to market on-time, on-budget, and error-free.
  • You will establish and maintain best-practice project management processes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Proofreading : you will have an eye for detail and review amends to ensure they have been actioned, or proofread to ensure the quality of output.
  • Problem-solving you will need to be able to problem solve at any stage of the process and work issues through to an exceptional conclusion.
  • Development and execution of the work you will be the main point of
  • contact for the ongoing management of the work as it evolves in its journey to market.

  • You will have direct contact with clients on some of the BAU activity
  • You will have some knowledge of Digital and have worked on digital projects in the past
  • Commercial Acumen

  • You will have an understanding of, and will contribute to, the financial performance of your projects including minimizing time write-offs and on-charging externals;
  • always ensuring estimates are up to date and approved by the client.

  • Relationships, Communication & Collaboration

    You will be required to develop strong relationships within the agency founded on a culture of respect, effectiveness, and productivity.

  • You will be the central point of contact on all your projects, working in partnership with your Client Partnerships team, Creative and Production partners as well as day-to-day contact with clients to ensure projects are delivered with efficiency and integrity intact.

  • Ideally, you will have a few years of experience in an integrated agency, you'll know the importance of being able to juggle the needs of multiple stakeholders, and be expert in time management, communications, and delivery.
