We currently have an opportunity for a skilled, customer focused Advanced Onsite Technician who is passionate about providing a first class End User experience.
In this role you will be based onsite with a key Fujitsu client, supporting infrastructure services across multiple technology streams including, Hardware, Operating Systems Windows 7 through to Windows 10, Software, Networks, Server and Print devices.
Our client has a predominantly Microsoft base, and we are therefore looking for someone with a background supporting Windows environments and Microsoft applications.
For this role you will need to have a hands-on desktop support / customer service engineer background. With a focus on first touch resolution you will be someone who really knows their stuff and can take end to end ownership of issue resolution.
