Description
You build and lead a phenomenal sales team through organising, developing, motivating, and enabling them with the right tools and with real-time feedback.
You inspire collaboration and cultivate a diverse and inclusive environment.You have a deep understanding of country macro- and micro-dynamics.
You develop and share a country business plan aligned to the regional sales strategy for all routes to market channels, strategic partners, and major accounts integrated into a clear vision of optimal growth for the country.
You represent Apple internally and externally on a diverse range of challenges and opportunities. You lead the country sales team to drive business plans by influencing and collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
This includes mobilising resources and executing activities for growth, ensuring partnership commitments are met, with an acute attention to detail to deliver the highest-quality results across all touch points.
You are proficient in the details of our country’s performance and the financials, which allows us to drive high-quality outcomes.
Through extensive cross-functional collaboration, we influence the organisation to bring the best of Apple to your country.
Education & Experience
You have 8-12 years of experience leading regional sales organisations or similar experience in leading a technology solutions-orientated organisation that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and demand for the future.
We anticipate you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
