    About the role

    Such are the demands of a growing, dynamic business, that we have multiple positions available in our Service Desk team in Christchurch.

    This is a team who are the "face of IT", as they provide technical service to all Ryman employees ranging from caregivers and nurses, construction workers onsite to office-based staff and managers.

    Every day you will figure out how to resolve any number of hardware (laptops & mobile devices) and systems issues which users may experience.

    Every week you will give our new joiners the best possible start; whereby their laptop, mobile phone, email and SharePoint access is already set-up in a plug & play manner.

    We are looking for Technology Pioneers to help us take our Service Desk to the next level. If you are ready for a challenge, then look no further.

    About you

    You'll be a natural when it comes to customer support, you're always helpful and can set expectations around resolution times.

    You'll be a positive character, solutions-focused and willing to lend a hand, if this is ticking all the boxes, then you could be our next Service Desk Engineer located at our Christchurch office.

    You'll have completed an IT industry certification such as : A+ / N+ Microsoft stack, and have some exposure to Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows 10 & Device setups but what you don't know, you back yourself to learn quickly.
