It's an incredibly exciting time for AT and we have some important work to do to improve the experiences of our people and our customers.

We are seeking a Customer Data Analytics Lead to help build the data analytics capability within the Customer Experience division, leading a step change in the way we use customer data to understand our customers and design better customer experiences.

Key Tasks and responsibilities include :

  • Lead (in collaboration with Head of Market Insights) the development of AT's Customer Data Strategy ensuring AT has the right foundations to design and deliver excellent data driven customer experiences.
  • Foster and nurture a deep understanding of customer behaviour and drive data-based decision making across the organisation through the delivery of actionable insights and self-service dashboards.
  • Grow the capability of CX Data analysts by coaching, mentoring and supervising the delivery of projects on a day to day basis.
  • Partner with CX Leadership Team to understand the key business challenges and provide high impact customer insights to drive behaviour change and increase consumer trust and confidence in AT.
  • Design and develop actionable customer segmentations and predictive models to enable us to connect with customers in a more meaningful way.
  • What are we looking for?

  • A leader, influencer and communicator with the ability to turn data into insights and bring opportunities to life
  • Proven commercial experience, applying advanced analytics and data visualisation to complex issues and driving positive business outcomes
  • Ability to navigate organisational complexity, understand the needs of multiple stakeholderand develop a customer data roadmap and analytics plan
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, math, computer science, or economics.
  • Expertise in computer programming languages (R, Python, SQL, Dax) to draw insights from large data sets, and data visualisation using tools like Business Objects and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, data architecture and data science
  • A drive to master new technologies and deliver better customer outcomes
