We are currently seeking a highly motivated and multi-talented individual who will bring passion, enthusiasm and dedication to our fast paced motor team on a fulltime, permanent basis.

The position

This role is pivotal in the team’s success by providing efficient administration and coordination of our motor insurance claims and the allocation of work to our assessors.

Key to this role is ensuring our clients; customers and suppliers receive the very best of care and service.

We are looking for someone who loves to work as part of a team, is reliable, punctual and has a friendly and engaging personal style.

To be successful in this role you will need a strong focus on attention to detail and delivery of agreed tasks, as well as being customer focussed.

You will be part of our motor division, in an organisation who values the part their people play. Each day will be varied, in a fast-paced environment, bustling with people and projects and challenges.

In this role, you will make an impact by :

  • Actively managing the coordination of motor claims, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy following lodgement
  • Providing great administration and service in relation to motor claims including information gathering, follow-up with repairers and obtaining photos, quotes, requotes and any additional information
  • Coordinating our motor assessors’ daily work / job allocations.
  • What we are looking for :

    We want you to be successful, therefore as a minimum you’ll need :

  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years working experience in claims administration or claims management within the insurance industry
  • Confident communicator, both verbal and written. You are the type of person who will pick up the phone and doesn't hide behind emails.
  • A relationship builder!

  • Great time management where you can demonstrate you can juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • A team player - you'll be part of a tight and diverse team who support and mentor you
  • Confident computer user - you'll be using different systems to gather and enter information
  • Enthusiasm and initiative, with the willingness to contribute to a dynamic, professional and positive team environment.
