We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to come join us this role will provide ongoing support to ensure Agile and our new ways of working have landed well, along with elements of change management, employment relations, facilitation, coaching, and culture leadership.
As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service through business service partnering to leaders and team members across key areas within our store network.
You will be relied on as the trusted partner for your portfolio / business units and will work with the Tribe and Chapter Area leads on their immediate, medium- and long-term objectives to help them meet their business goals.
