    What will you do?

    Based in Christchurch, you will join our growing and high performing Testing Practice within our Software Engineering department as a Senior Test Engineer.

    In this role, you will work across a range of platforms and technologies to ensure applications we release into production are of excellent quality!

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Contributing to our growth-oriented team culture by coaching, training, and sharing your expertise with your colleagues.
  • Working with stakeholders to agree, define, and plan testing requirements (functional and non-functional).
  • Planning, designing, and performing tests (manual and automated) based on requirements and information gathering, to ensure our applications are fit for purpose while adhering to Ryman Test Policies.
  • Work across varying platforms, technologies, and development methodologies and actively participate in our culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to and champion the Test Strategy and ensure our testing approaches are achieving the strategy's goals.
  • This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.

  • Who are you?

  • You have a proven track record in Software Testing, with expert understanding of testing techniques, functional and non-functional test types, and have worked on a broad range of technologies including, web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
  • You are proficient with agile and SCRUM software development practices, and actively keep up to date with ever changing industry trends and commitment to your own personal development.
  • You have strong experience with test automation including Selenium and Cypress.
