Family Works is one of the largest NGOs providing integrated social services for the whole community. Family Works provides a range of services to families and communities including needs assessments, social work, counselling and therapy and a range of life-skills and parenting courses.
About the Role
This is a permanent role working full time in our New Plymouth or Hawera office. However, we would consider part time employment opportunities also.
This role offers challenge and flexibility. It involves the provision of non-violence programs to adult men and woman, social work, group work, safety programs for victims of family violence and related services to individuals, adults, adolescents, couples, families and whanau.
The Non-Violence Programme aims to both hold offenders accountable and also provide them with support to change their behaviour.
