Here at Teknique, we're looking to expand our talented team based on Auckland's North Shore as we accelerate our product roadmap.

As an Project Coordinator, you'll be part of a collaborative, inclusive team responsible for enabling the next generation of smart devices, products, and systems.

Supported by passionate and engaged engineers, you'll be able to develop new products and solutions while becoming ingrained in the world of vision and AI sensor technology.

You will be bringing teams and processes together within R & D, Design, Engineering, QA, and Manufacturing to support the PM’s delivery of the full project system.

Your strength in multitasking, project tracking and reporting and coordinating outcomes will complement your outstanding interpersonal skills and motivation to achieve.

You will have excellent problem solving skills and judgment, and will promptly recognise circumstances that should be escalated.

You will be someone motivated to progress into Project Management within the next 12 months.

You will have..

  • 3+ years project coordination experience
  • An understanding of project management methodology - Agile and waterfall, PMBOK with an interest in gaining Prince 2, PMP / PMI or related certifications
  • A strong interest in electronic product development
  • Very strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Word skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate development complexities to both technical and non-technical clients and project contributors
  • Ability to fit into a diverse, multicultural team, building rapport and strong working relationships
  • Experience with project scheduling, financials, reporting and documentation maintenance
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver tasks and milestones to time, quality and budget
  • Supporting project managers in the running / reporting of project activities.
  • Support the engineering team to create detailed work breakdown structures for project deliverables
  • Create, monitor, & review project budgets
  • Schedule and manage project resources (internal and external)
  • Provide weekly project status reports
  • Manage project scope and track and manage project issues; escalate when necessary
  • Identify project risks and develop and implement risk mitigation plans; escalate when necessary
  • Support coordination with other organizational functions such as Operations, NPI, manufacturing, supply chain, etc. (where appropriate), to ensure the successful realization and launch of products
  • It would be great if you also .

  • Have used Attlassian software in a previous role
  • Having Agile related experience, i.e. managing a Scrum team
