About the RoleAs the Social Engagement Lead, you'll be responsible for social customer experience, engagement and advocacy across BNZ's social media channels, while managing and growing our channels with strong community management and governance processes.

  • What you'll do : Ensure best-in-class community management and governance practises and processes for social channels and online community platformTrain and oversee performance of social customer care responders on key social media platforms, ensuring consistency of tone and quality of response;
  • step in to respond to social care queries where requiredProvide incident management and crisis communications in social channelsEstablish and execute strategies to grow online communities in key social channels and online community platforms including WeChat and BNZ Community.

    About YouPrevious proven experience in social media, digital marketing or advertisingYou will have knowledge of best practise community management and channel governance practisesAn interest in social media platforms, market trends, best practices with special focus on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and WeChatExperience analysing and reporting on content performance, sentiment and social listening social media management tools - advanced knowledge of Social Studio would be an advantageWorking at BNZAt BNZ, we're passionate about building and sustaining a high-performance culture that motivates our people to deliver exceptional results.
