  • ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : Existing account, client and business development initiatives to ensure sales targets and clients satisfaction metrics can be achieved;
  • Sales strategy development, implementation and management for existing business. Including the creation of sales strategies based on business strategies to develop a systematic and pro-active approach to target acquisition;
  • Support and develop customer’s adoption programs to grow electronic communities and markets for existing clients;Account management and project management to ensure all clients projects meet with client expectations and are delivered within budget.

  • Ensure that any out of scope requirements within the project delivery cycle are charged for;Assist finance functions, as and when required, to ensure your accounts manage and maintain a good credit history;
  • Customer relationship management and development;Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries from clients and prospects in a timely and efficient fashion to develop a rapport with clients and prospects;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;Gathering market and customer information which can be utilised by the business and marketing teams to better target market your clients with marketing initiatives;
  • Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations where applicable;Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy through negotiation;Provide management with sales reporting on a monthly basis, or as and when required, to ensure any spikes in revenue or work load can be reported and factored for appropriately.

    REQUIREMENTS : Strong Relationship Management background in an IT or related fieldStrong sales background, particularly in solution sellingHave excellent client facing and negotiation skills and be highly motivated with good networking skillsAbility to strategically develop sales plans to meet company growth expectationsPlanning and Account Management skillsProject management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProblem solving and resolution capabilitiesUnderstanding of business processes across the Supply ChainGood computer skills and understanding of the IT industry particularly the internet sectorJob Type : Full-timeSalary : $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 / year
