About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Te Aho Māori Waihanga team. If you have experience and a passion for managing diverse kaupapa Māori projects then we would love to hear from you.
Some key areas of responsibility will include :
Project manage the development of products to quality time and budget expectations
Building relationships internally and externally with project teams, clients and stakeholders
Commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi, working in partnership and Te Aho Tapu
Commitment to modelling principles of Tātai Aho Rau and CORE’s values - manaakitanga, whānaungatanga, wairuatanga and kaitiakitanga
Skills and Experience
Experience in managing diverse project teams to deliver client products particularly in kaupapa Māori education
Proficiency in both written and oral te reo Māori and English
Knowledge of publishing / development processes to deliver digital and / or print products
Knowledge of the digital landscape in education
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced role, juggling multiple deadlines
Proactive and able to use initiative both internally and with our clients
Agile, with the ability to work flexibly when required
