We have a vacancy in the Blood Component Processing department for a Medical Laboratory Technician.
The department is the largest of its kind in the country and we process approximately 55,000 donations each year at the Auckland site.
The department is responsible for manufacturing blood components such as plasma, platelets, red cells and cryoprecipitate for transfusion and is also responsible for the quality and process control for all whole blood and apheresis donations in the northern region of the country.
