We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Customer Care team during a parental leave cover contract until December 2021.
This role is a key leadership function where you will be leading 2 direct reports to ensure customer feedback is managed and raised within the relevant internal teams.
This role will be working closely with the following brands KFC, Pizza Hut, Carl's Jr. and Taco Bell and most importantly being the voice of our customers.
Experience we would be looking for include : Similar experience working in a customer service manager roleTeam managementDemonstrated experience that includes problem solving and conflict resolutionStrong interpersonal / relationship management skillsProficient user of MS products including Word, Excel and PowerPointThis role is part of the wider Marketing team within Restaurant Brands and is based within our Customer Service Centre in Ellerslie which includes all our teams that support RBL including Finance, Supply Chain, Property etc.
Ideally you will be available to start end of November / beginning of December with a 2 week break to include Xmas / New Years so your holiday plans won't be affected.
