Copthorne Hotel & Resort Bay of Islands is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead an enthusiastic and experienced team of professionals.
This position requires someone with drive to develop the Front Office Team. You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager, Housekeeping and Communications.
This is a part time role working a minimuim 32 hours per week.
Ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Front Desk
Provide excellent customer service per the hotel and overall company standards
Assist in accounts payable and receivable
Rostering and report preparation
Assist guests with any inquiries, reservations, housekeeping requests
Ensure team is adhering to company policies, procedures and standards in order to exceed expectations.
