About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced leader to drive the success of our team in our Dannevirke store. Leading a dedicated team, you will be involved on a day to day basis with :

  • Leading, coaching and motivating your team to sales success
  • Collaborating with the team and be a "hands on" leader to help them achieve results
  • Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based results
  • Seeking continuous improvement
  • About You

    You will have the following :

  • A proven history in people leadership
  • A strong background in coaching, leading and mentoring teams to success
  • An affinity with the rural sector would help, but is not essential
  • A background in retail would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Sound commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers
  • Be process driven and willing to "roll up your sleeves" and help when necessary
