Are you a critical thinker who has a structured and meticulous approach to detail and accuracy?
This role is instrumental in championing, maintaining and continuously improving quality assurance systems and staff competency assessment systems to meet the requirements of Council’s on-
going Building Consent Authority accreditation. You’ll take a lead role in developing procedures, coordinating audit schedules and reports and you’ll be central to the continuous review and improvement within the Building Team.
You’ll be in the unique position of having to work independently but also be part of the BCA Management Team and wider Building Unit.
Equally important is the ability to collaborate and positively influence and coach others with your solution focused attitude.
