Do you need experience?
If you have worked in a front of house hotel role before, that would be a distinct advantage. However, we will welcome your application if you have other customer service experience and believe you have what it takes to create an outstanding guest moment.
It's important you are fluent in English, impeccably presented and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience.

Grand Millennium Hotel Auckland is currently operating as a managed isolation facility. All employees are required to receive the Covid-19 vaccination, and undergo fortnightly Covid-19 swab testing.
