Job Description

We can promise that no two days will be the same, and each day your problem-solving skills will come into play. You will handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries (mainly regarding online shopping) where you will be getting the answers our customers need.

This contact centre role differs from most because we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support.

Regardless of the channel, you will need to connect with people from all walks of life and find solutions to resolve their enquiry.

You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am to 6pm (Mon Sun)


Firstly, you are passionate about customer service. While it would be ideal if you had some contact centre experience, we are interested in anyone who is utterly reliable, responsible, and has previous experience within customer service, retail, sales and hospitality (to name a few!).

To succeed and feel at home, we will rely on you bringing the following :

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) a clear, calm, well-spoken phone manner and ability to listen
  • With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature, you’ll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on.
  • Computer literate with a strong eye for detail
  • Target and KPI driven
