What will I be doing?

In your new role as Guest Services Agent you will ensure brand service standards are met to the highest quality to ensure our guest’s experience meets their expectations of the Hilton brands.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a large team on a rotating roster, in a fast-paced environment.

Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards :

  • Provide a warm and welcoming check in / out experience for every guest, every time
  • Manage guest queries and feedback in a genuine and professional manner
  • Inform our guests of all the extraordinary activities Queenstown and the surrounding region has to offer
  • Use your influencing skills to upsell products and services to maximize our sales revenues
  • Use your unique personality to bring the Light & Warmth of Hospitality to the Front Office
  • What are we looking for?

    In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow :

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a front office or concierge department
  • Experience in a 5 star environment
  • A passion for contributing to and enhancing guest experiences
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Well-presented, organised and calm personality
  • Dedication and commitment to hospitality, leadership and team work
  • Fluent English essential, additional languages an advantage
