We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our amazing HR team on a fixed-term basis in Auckland CBD! You'll have experience in agency, in-house or a mixture of the two, but it's imperative that you enjoy the act of recruiting people.
This is an exciting opportunity to work amongst two leading interiors-based businesses, Carpet Court and CurtainStudio and be involved in recruiting roles from admin and warehousing to sales and management.
Our Talent Manager is heading on parental leave from the end of January 2022 and returns in November so we are looking for someone to cover our recruitment function for this 9 month period.
We are looking for someone that is available Monday Friday but can be flexible on hours, either full time (40 hours) or reduced hours (30 40) per week.
We have a very small and close-knit HR team that enjoy team lunches and morning teas so you’re in good hands!
Using our ATS JobAdder, you will be responsible for creating and posting job ads, managing applications, phone screening, booking interviews and most importantly placing roles! We also have Seek Premium so having fun approaching new candidates is a plus.
Our hiring managers are dedicated to finding the right candidates and will appreciate your feedback and opinion on candidate suitability you will get to have your say in the hiring process and utilise your expertise!

We don't want to list the skills, we're just looking for the right person for the role. You will of course need to be able to manage expectations and deliver great results! We have almost 500 employees nationwide so this is a busy role that can see between 15-25 active roles at any time so time management and being able to multi-task is a must.
