Position Description

Rotorua Lakes Council is looking for a team player keen to be part of "the big picture".

We have an exciting opportunity in our Organisational Enablement Group for a self-motivated Property Manager to provide effective and efficient co-ordination of property management resources, services and processes for Council.

Our organisation is all about innovation and creative solutions, working with the community to create a new way forward and progress the district's shared vision and goals.

You'll be working in a collaborative team environment, using your ability to lead and manage the workload and responsibilities to ensure that organisational goals and measures are aligned to strategic plans and Council priorities.

We are looking for someone with the ability to appropriately handle confidential documents and information, exceptional oral, written, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and be a team player.

Our back yard is the mountain-biking and tourism mecca of New Zealand with forest trails, a unique geothermal landscape, lakes, activities and attractions galore, excellent fishing, great events, good schools, realistic real estate prices, great cafes and restaurants, and beaches and ski fields nearby.
